If from a GM (General Motor) diet to paying the fees at gym (and never reaching there) to jogging in the parks has been something you have struggled with in your past in order to get in shape. Then this blogpost is for you.

Frankly telling, first we should be happy and proud of the body that we have been blessed with and at the same time we all need to cherish it by keeping it fit. Getting in technical details of calories and mechanics of machines at the gym has been out of league to most of us trying to loose weight. But we just failed in acting dumb to the dessert cravings. But here are some fun ways to loose weight where you don't to drag yourself.



1) Go Shopping 


Yes, you read right. Go shopping and buy a beautiful slim dress you would dream to fit in and look like a princess. Get everything to match that- a perfect pair of shoes and accessory. Keep small goals.

Put that in your almirah so that you can see it everyday to imagine your self fitting in it and look perfect.
It's important to stay motivated and have a goal before getting on any activity. So find your motivation and keep it in front of you to keep you going.



     


2) Dance of calories


I have never been confident with the idea of picking up lifts at a gym but dance is something that keep me going. It is stress free, makes you laugh and the music peps up your soul. So when you are feeling fat, demotivated and stressed dance is the answer. Join a class like Zumba or Aerobics which can keep you grooving on the music. Take your best friend along or make new friends there... This might give you another reason to become regular to the class.



Some people say dance (or Zumba) isn't exercise...apparently, they have never participated in an hour long class








3) Love yourself

Love the skin you are in, love yourself and things around. Being depressed about your curves will only add upto depression. YouTube some great yoga or dance classes if you don't have time to go out and attend those classes, there are some great YouTube classes you can consider.






4) Swimming


A pool might not be the first place you think of going when you're looking to shape up and slim down—but perhaps it should be. No other workout burns calories, boosts metabolism, and firms every muscle in your body (without putting stress on your joints) better than a swimming workout.
